NOTICE: Online registration is not available for all courses. If the course you want to register for is not found in the drop-down list at the bottom of this page, please email us at info@PughSelfProtection.com and we will let you know how to go about registering for the course you are interested in.
A full refund will be granted on any course cancelled at least 7 days before the course start date. Any cancellation after the 7 day window will be given a credit toward a future course(s); this includes registrations made within 7 days of a course start date. No refund or credit will be given once a course has started.
For the majority of our courses we provide participants, who successfully complete a course, with a Certificate of Completion. In the “Instructions to merchant” box please enter ALL the name(s) of the persons you are registering for as you would like them to appear on the certificate. This is especially important if you are registering for someone other than yourself (i.e. a parent using their own credit card to register their child) or if you are registering multiple people under one transaction. Failure to do so will result in delays of participants receiving certificates.
By clicking “Pay Now” you agree to the Refund Policy as stated above and you also understand that a Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement must be signed at the beginning of each course in order to be able to participate in any course that Pugh Self-Protection & Combatives has to offer. Any participant under the age of 18 must also have a parent/guardian sign the aforementioned agreement, consenting to the minor’s participation in the course, as well as a Medical Treatment Authorization Form. Lastly, by clicking “Pay Now” you, and/or any persons you are registering for on their behalf, agree to be dismissed from the course with a full refund if any of the course instructors deem you to be a safety concern to yourself or others.
