Jordan Peiser began his journey with Pugh Self-Protection & Combatives as a college student, working part-time as a role player during active shooter response trainings. After graduation, he pursued his passion for education, becoming an elementary school teacher specializing in Special Education.

Jordan’s dual background—as both a dedicated educator and seasoned training role player—gives him unique insight into the realities of school safety. With numerous years in elementary education, he brings firsthand understanding of how both teachers and students feel during active threat situations. This perspective makes him an especially valuable Lead Instructor for the company’s Active Shooter Response Training Program, where he connects authentically with school staff and students.

Above all, Jordan finds fulfillment in providing peace of mind to fellow teachers and students by equipping them with practical skills and confidence to respond effectively in critical incidents.
